Grenada, the country, is made up of 3 islands, with the main island of Grenada being the most inhabited. Our retreat is located in a renovated villa overlooking Grand Anse beach.

Grenada is known as the spice island and boasts world famous beaches, waterfalls and a unique blend of cultures. The official language is English, making travel super easy.

Free Time

A yoga retreat means adventure and making friends to some people and relaxation and solitude to others.

Whatever your perfect retreat is, you will have time, built into the week to use how you choose.

Maybe you relax in a hammock, walk the neighbourhood or go to the beach, there's lots of ways to connect with this beautiful place.

Waterfall hike

Grenada has a lot of waterfalls.

So obviously we're going to hike to see and swim at one on this retreat.

Culture

On retreat we do lots of yoga, but since we are visiting a new place, we will take a group excursion to learn about the Grenadian culture.

Grenada's culture is a vibrant mix of African, European, and Caribbean influences. This blend is evident in its music, dance, food, and traditions.

Where You'll Stay

Grand Anse, Grenada

Our retreat host is a locally-owned and fully renovated Villa above the world famous Grad Anse beach. The villa is perched on a hilltop, away from the busy town below, with panoramic views of the beautiful Caribbean sea - perfect for a sunrise or sunset yoga practice.

The layout of the villa is spacious and well thought out. Each of the 15, air-conditioned rooms are unique and just steps away from the pool.

Common spaces are comfortable, inviting conversation and connection.
