TuneUp Ball Workshop
Join Jessy on Thursday, March 28 at 6:30pm for a special 2-hour workshop where you will learn some of the newest science and techniques in ball rolling myofacial self-care. Jill Miller's Yoga TuneUp techniques help to decrease muscle tension and pain and increase circulation, relaxation, range of motion and body awareness.
We will hit up all of the common trouble areas like upper back, shoulders, neck, hips, legs and calves. Jessy always takes requests though, so let her know if there's a spot you don't want to miss.
This is a workshop for yogis, athletes, desk jockeys and grandmothers. Couldn't we all use better range of motion and improved comfort in our bodies?!
