Group of 10 Private Sessions
This is an opportunity for you to have Jessy entirely to yourself (or shared with a friend) to work on what you need. Set and meet your own personal fitness and yoga goals. Private sessions can help you to decrease pain, increase strength, improve flexibility and build your confidence. Jessy will help to customize a program that is right for you and help to keep you motivated on your path to reach your goals. Consistency is the key to seeing great results. Having a commitment of 10 hours, to use as you see fit, will help to transform your goals into reality. Sessions take place at the well-equipped Bala studio in Everett with Jessy.
A bit about Jessy:
Whatever your goal, I can help you to achieve it. I have more than 15 years of personal training experience, with specialties including spin and TRX. I have more than 14 years of yoga teaching experience in different styles: Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin and chair yoga. I have more than 7 years experience with nutrition coaching, senior populations, rehab from knee and hip replacements, and diseases like Parkinsons, DJD & MS. I am currently finishing my certification to be a yoga therapist. You'll get access to all of my experiences and qualifications for a program tailored to your needs
