Join Jessy for this informative workshop all about knees. We will go through the basic anatomy of the knee joint and common injuries and movement patterns that arise. Don't worry, it will still be lots of fun.
You will learn about moving in your own body's optimal range, potential risks to the knee, some good strengthening exercises to keep you feeling more stable and modifications for your yoga practice and gym routine to protect you through the healing of an injury or maybe even prevent one
